- Entry in the Belamere Suites Valentine's Day Giveaway constitutes acceptance of the Belamere Suites Valentine's Day Giveaway Official Rules.
- Employees of Belamere Suites, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- To enter the giveaway, access to Belamere Suites or website at Valentine's Day Giveaway. On this page, complete an entry form. There is a limit of one entry per individual email address. Absolutely no phone call and/or social media entries will be accepted!
- It is not necessary to purchase any products in order to participate in the giveaway, nor is it necessary to be present in order to win the giveaway. Lodging is not available during special event weekends, holidays or certain blackout dates. Please contact Belamere Suites for details.
- The Belamere Suites Valentine's Day Giveaway winners will be randomly selected from those entries on Monday, February 13, 2023. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email (if appropriate) on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Contestants will receive periodic updates and special offers via Belamere Suites newsletters.
- Entrants must be 21 years of age in order to participate.
- Drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Belamere Suites, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.
- Belamere Suites is not responsible for any technical or logistical failures with regards to receiving contestants' entries.
