Hotels are considered an essential business, therefore we will remain open- per state law.

For over 15 years Belamere Suites has served as a haven for couples to relax, rejuvenate and escape the stress of everyday life. We want to assure you that we are open and in full operation providing the secluded oasis that couples so desperately need right now.

As always you can expect your Belamere Suites experience to be a worry-free, relaxing and fun escape from the rest of the world.

What are you doing to make sure guests are safe?

Your safety and satisfaction have always been our utmost concern. Our suites are and have always been properly cleaned, sanitized and safe for the guests to use. We have always gone above and beyond to ensure that all surfaces are disinfected with a medical-grade disinfectant that kills coronavirus.

A Belamere Suites getaway is the perfect place for social distancing. The fundamental concept of our business is seclusion. We have always promoted minimal contact with other guests and staff members.

Belamere Suites locations do not have common areas, hallways, elevators, work out facilities, or restaurants. The rooms are occupied by two adults. This gives us the unique opportunity to take the time and extra effort to make sure everything is perfect for our guests. Your safety and comfort have always been our main concern.

Are your pools still open? Yes.

Every pool is cleaned, monitored and inspected to ensure proper disinfection and alkalinity. The pool rails and pool deck furniture are disinfected as well as the tiles around the inside of the pool. (Per the CDC, Covid-19 cannot be transmitted through swimming pools or hot tubs.) We’ve added additional disinfection protocols in addition to our currently rigorous routine.

Are food and beverages still available?

Yes. There are local delivery options available from nearby restaurants.

Can we bring our own coolers?

Absolutely. Bring whatever you want to make your stay your way.

What is your cancellation policy during the Coronavirus Outbreak?

We have a seven (7) day cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your reservation prior to seven days before your first night, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation. Unfortunately, there are NO exceptions to this policy.

What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?

Check-in time is anytime after 4pm. Check-out is at 11am.

Can My Kids, Pets Or Friends Come To The Hotel?

Our total commitment is to serving the needs of our guests. To achieve a true getaway, children, pets and unregistered guests are not permitted in our suites. We only allow two people per room, there are no exceptions.

Can I Request An Early Check-In?

Yes. You may check-in as early as 2pm. Early check-in is an additional $25 and we request that you give advanced notice. We also offer a late 1pm check-out for an additional $25.

Do you accept cash?

Yes, however if you use cash to pay for your reservation we will require a deposit of $100 at check-in.

Are The Garages One Or Two Cars, And Is There Any Extra Parking If We Bring Two Cars?

Our suites have an attached single car, personal garage. Extra parking is available in our parking lot.

Can We Arrive Early To Decorate The Suite?

Yes. You can arrange to have access to your suite to decorate. If you like, you can appoint our staff to decorate for you. We request that you arrange these details in advance.

How Big, Deep, And Warm Are The Pools?

Our pools are 4 feet deep, 92 degrees and perfect for 2 people.

What Type Of Discounts Do You Accept?

Discounts are available for those staying two or more consecutive nights Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays and blackout dates.

What Amenities Are In The Suite?

Amenities include: A king size bed, satellite television with over 100 stations, micro fridge, large two person whirlpool tub, two person walk- in shower, and warm flickering fireplace, and an attached single car personal garage. All pool suites include your own private indoor swimming pool.

Do You Have Wireless Internet Access?

Yes! We provide FREE wireless internet access to all guests. Please note that our free internet service does not support streaming video services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Video game consoles are not supported as well.

How Old Do You Have To Be To Stay At The Belamere Suites?

You must be at least 21 years old to stay with us.

Can I Book A Room For Someone Else Using My Credit Card?

We require that the credit card and the cardholder be present at check-in. If you are purchasing the reservation as a gift for someone, you must complete a credit card authorization form and return it to us along with copies of your drivers license and the front of the credit card. Please contact our reservations team at 1-866-499-BELA (2352) for more information.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
